The 1:1 coaching conversation has a clear and powerful mandate for you to learn, change, and grow. Your goals will change throughout the coaching conversation as you clarify what is most important, dig deeper into what motivates you, take action, and reflect.
A fulfilled life is one where you can live with purpose – intentionally, not by accident. If a clear sense of purpose does not guide you, you’re likely to fritter away your time and energy on obtaining the most tangible, short-term signs of achievement, not what’s most important to you.
